Human Resources Generalist
NAPA Auto Parts has an opening for a Human Resources Generalist.
The Human Resources Generalist will:
- Review and execute employee related changes.
- Lead in the distribution of employee paychecks.
- Effectively maintain employee files and all pertinent information.
- Conduct new hire orientation and facilitate other trainings.
The Human Resources Generalist position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, strong attention to detail, and solid organizational skills.
Prior human resources related work experience is preferred, but not required.
