Human Resources Coordinator

Valid USA is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator.

The Human Resources Coordinator will perform functions to ensure data integrity as it relates to employee information and will assist with general administrative functions for the Human Resources department, always ensuring excellent customer service and the highest level of confidentiality.

Requirements:
- General HR administration experience.
- General understanding of HR law as it relates to compensation, employee relations, training and safety.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor, along with the ability to work well with all levels of employees.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
