Job Summary
The Marketing Manager develops and implements marketing plans including forecasting, pricing, advertising, and promotional activities for all products within our Cosmetic Technologies business. In addition, this position is responsible for developing and capitalizing on growth opportunities. This position is responsible for identifying products and market applications to extend product offerings.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement market objectives, strategies, and tactics for short and long-term planning for all market segments.
Develop and execute pricing plan in accordance to business unit objectives and marketplace conditions.
Coordinate and drive the process of new product launches. Establish market price. Collect technical data. Collect operational and production data. Create marketing support for sales. Establish launch platforms.
Responsible for product line management, including pricing authority and sales operating profit accountability. Asset accountability includes managing advertising and promotion expenses to budget.
Monitor gross profit margins of product lines and coordinate pricing modifications with the commercial team.
Coordinate information from all departments that affects ability to supply. Director of Sales when shortages and allocations may affect ability to meet budget.
Communicate and track implementation of marketing plans by sales.
Develop, quantify, and implement new projects for the New Production Development Pipeline in conjunction with the commercial team.
Quantify and prioritize technical requests for R&D.
Support Director of Sales in review and analysis of product line, volume, price, and profit results against business unit objectives and budgets and explain variances.
Collect, analyze, and interpret market and competitive intelligence information to support business unit strategic and marketing plans.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited university, preferably in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
Five to seven years business experience, preferably in marketing.
Ability to conduct extensive analysis of internal and external data with regard to sales, costs, markets, and customers. Requires gathering and filtering competitive intelligence. Requires taking complicated data and creating market plans, both annual and strategic. Ability to interpret annual and long range product forecast.
Ability to speak French is highly desired.
Effective written communication skills, especially as it pertains to technical material.
Ability to meet deadlines while being flexible to changes in priorities and interruptions.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills to complete assignments accurately.
Work style and creative approach must be consistent with a business formal environment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
