Responsibilities:
In each location where a student is assigned for didactic courses, there must be a qualified individual designated to provide instruction, supervision, and evaluation of the student's progress in achieving program requirements.
Instructors in medical administrative assisting courses should receive orientation to the overall organization and objectives of the Medical Administrative Assistant Diploma program and should be trained on the outcomes assessments of the knowledge and skills expected of students in this program.
## Qualifications
The instructors should be knowledgeable in course content and effective in teaching their assigned subjects. Instruction should be conducted by faculty who meet the educational and work experience requirements of post-secondary educational institutions and any applicable State laws regarding certification in the profession. In addition to the standard qualifications all faculty must meet as set by their respective state and/or national accreditation boards, instructors are expected to be credentialed medical professionals with a practical work experience (depending on state and accreditation requirements). It is recommended that instructors be CPR certified and if not when hired, within the first year of employment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
