Job Duties: Develop software solutions for new products and improve existing software products. Provide technical expertise and help drive technical projects. Deliver high-quality software subsystems through enterprise code standards and code reviews. Provide technical insight into the development of requirement specifications, design documents, functional and system level test plans. Provide work leadership and mentor junior engineers.
Job Requirements: Masters degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Computer Science or a closely relevant technical field such as Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Systems. At least one year of experience gained at any time in all of the following areas: performing development engineering for data replication, data protection, and disaster recovery products; developing highly scalable high-performance software products utilizing multi-processor systems; designing and developing fault-resilient data replication products and performing systems software programming in C in a multi-threaded environment; performing debugging in Unix/Linux and developing operating systems kernel modules; performing client/server programming utilizing computer networking protocols; and, utilizing scripting languages and developing data protection software utilizing WAFL file system, TCP/IP, and kernel programming.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
