Requirements of the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner :


  • Must have an active state license
  • Must be Board Certified
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience specializing in pediatrics
  • B ilingual in Spanish or Hindi is preferred

  • Diagnose patients with illnesses or injuries
  • Conduct regular physicals and check-ups
  • Prescribe appropriate treatments
  • Order tests and vaccinations
