We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Inventory Associate.
As an Inventory Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring smooth operations within our supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Procure, receive, and inspect incoming materials and supplies - Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies - Utilize logistics principles to optimize inventory storage and movement - Assist with order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of products - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze inventory data and identify trends or issues - Support production planning by providing accurate inventory information - Handle materials with care to prevent damage or loss - Collect data and input information into inventory management systems - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse or storage areas
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in using inventory management systems - Knowledge of supply chain management principles - Ability to analyze data and identify trends or issues - Experience in materials handling and warehouse operations preferred - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Note:
