Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Register patients and collect necessary payments - Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate department - Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
Experience:
- Previous experience as a dental front desk is preferred - Familiarity with dental terminology - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask As a Front Desk , you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.
Your administrative skills and ability to handle patient inquiries will contribute to the overall efficiency of our dental practice.
