comWhat You Will Do Utilize mechanical skills and knowledge (pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, power transmission, lubrication) to maximize machine uptime Installing and repairing mechanical drives, chains, sprockets, gears, belts, and couplings Reading mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics Accurately using measuring tools including micrometers, calipers, tachometers, and dial indicators Working as a part of a team to ensure timely completion of all maintenance tasks and minimize equipment down time Perform and monitor daily inspections of all equipment to ensure early detection and timely repair or adjustment of malfunctions.
Welding on as-needed basis Track and maintain spare parts inventory and follow established Expense limits Communicate to plant manager and supervisors on any maintenance issues as they arise Actively participate in site safety program Ensure all processes are carried out with the required use of safety controls and PPE by employees and vendors/contractors when making repairs to equipment Working any shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed Working around dust, oil, grease, chemicals, and other substances Working in a hot, humid, cold, noisy industrial environment Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) High school diploma or GED 1
years experience reading and interpreting manuals/schematics to understand equipment and controls.

years experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and operating industrial equipment.
1
years experience in troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
1
years experience adjusting and calibrating equipment and machinery to optimal specifications.
