9 Quick Apply Full-time Part-time 1 hour ago Full Job Description Momentum Solar is hiring for an EXPERIENCED or ENTRY LEVEL Administrative Retail Talent Coordinator to support our Retail Marketing expansion initiatives across the United States.
You will be responsible for administrative duties needed to assist in national campaign expansion efforts such as:
coordinating incoming new hire information, tracking hiring metrics, scheduling training classes, ordering new employee badges/uniforms and other admin related tasks.
Our ideal candidate is hard working, charismatic, friendly, professional, positive, engaging, well spoken, detail oriented, works well with others, goes above and beyond when given direction and is looking for GROWTH within our division.
You will be reporting to our Senior Talent Manager in our Retail Department.
Within our Retail division currently we have Brand Ambassador's in NJ, NY and FL; we are staffing 70 stores and execute 400
events a year.
We have just signed a new contract to staff 220 additional stores; our Retail division is expanding into 7 additional states that our company services! You will be assisting with National expansion efforts as we begin to coordinate trainings in new offices (such as CT, MA and more!) and enter into new retail relationships include LOWE's.

$15-$17 Hourly Pay, based on experience PAID Training Part-Time, 20-30 hours/week, with opportunity to grow to Full-Time Hybrid role remote/in-office (1-2 days in office, 1-2 days remote)
